Welcome to Mighty Eagle Foundation!

Mighty Eagle Foundation is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are run by a few young Indonesians who care about the future of this country, the world and humanity. We started off by providing a shelter house for children of scavengers or waste pickers. The shelter provides them with nutritious food, milk and basic education -- a luxury that their parents could never afford to give them.

As our shelter started to grow with more and more children, we are moved to look at problems that some of these children face. One of these problems were health-related, lack of job opportunities and also children victimized by pedophiles. We learned that 3rd world countries are often a target of an organized crime that sends pedophiles from 1st world countries to have sex with children who live in poverty. A program to address children who are victims of pedophile tourism is being set up.

Mighty Eagle Foundation moves to help suffering children raise up and take their places in this world in the future as physically, mentally and spiritually healthy, functional, and complete human beings who are bold and strong enough to do the same with the next generations after them. For now we are moving in Indonesia but our future vision is to help children in other countries too, as we grow stronger in finances, human resources and others.

Thank you for visiting our website. We hope your stay here will move you to reach out and get involved in saving the future of the lost generation.

Warm Regards,

On July 18, 2009 the Mighty Eagle Foundation held a charity event which main goal was to provide 300 packages of rice and cooking oil to 300 beneficiaries. This event was held at Wisma Hexa, a meeting venue located in Pondok Gede sub-district of Bekasi district in West Java province.

The event started with some live music which lasted for about an hour, continued with half an hour of motivational speech before the distribution of rice and cooking oil was carried out at the end.

The beneficiaries were men and women who made their living by picking waste in various areas, mainly around the city Bekasi. They were informed about this event through an invitation that was distributed only 14 days beforehand. These invitations also served as a coupon they later traded for the rice and oil.
